We are pretty good at curating the nearly endless options for dish combinations with menu items that honor simplicity, yet never lack in creativity and flavor. The Arch Program is robust, to say the least. We believe beverages are an important part of the dining experience, so we put a lot of time and effort into creating a cocktail menu that’s worthy of the food. Our wine list is curated to complement our cuisine, and features a variety of both new and old world producers with style. As whiskey and bourbon enthusiasts, we pride ourselves on our selection whiskies. Our list highlights Scotch, Irish and even Japanese and Taiwanese whiskies, each with the power to elevate your meal.

We love oysters. Our selection of fresh varieties changes daily, showcasing freshly caught oysters from Galle, as well as both East and West Coasts.
The Raw Bar greets guests as soon as they walk in. With a focus on freshly caught oysters from southern shore, we source only the freshest and highest quality oysters available. Try oysters from the nearby southern coast, as well as our favorite East and West coast varieties. You’ll be amazed at the difference and uniqueness of flavor accounted for by region, and your meal experience will be greatly enhanced by all the fresh seafood options our raw bar provides
